Spotted Thick-knee is also known as the Cape Thick-knee or the Spotted Dikkop. They are found in sub-Saharan Africa and parts of the Arabian Peninsula.. Diet includes insects, spiders, millipedes, worms, scorpions, small amphibians, small mammals, thread snakes and the eggs and chicks of the White-fronted Plover.
