The Racket-tailed Roller is found in sub-Saharan Africa. Sexes are colored alike and their tail has an elongated pair of outer feathers ending in expanded tips.
Diet includes insects such as flying ants, termites, grasshoppers, crickets, centipedes and scorpions.
