(tongue)The Savannah Sparrow is recognizable by its yellowish eyebrow stripes. They are a widespread sparrow and are found throughout North America. They breed throughout Alaska, Canada, and northern United States. They winter in the southern half of the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.
They forage on the ground or in low bushes and mainly eat seeds. They also eat insects in the breeding season.
